Meet the team behind the Orientation to College Teaching Website. The OCT Team has been divided into three groups for convenience. They are the staff, the site designers, and the site contributors. As its Director, Vicki oversees the entire operation of CET. Vicki earned her degree in Special Education from the University of Alabama. The faculty and students of San Francisco State University recognize her as one of the most innovative and gifted teachers. Vicki was appointed director of CET in 1994. CET is dedicated to assisting faculty members in bringing new teaching approaches and techniques to the classroom. Under Vicki's direction, the Center has become a model for the 23-member California State University system.
Kevin Kelly

As a CET Trainer of SFSU faculty and staff, Kevin strives to facilitate the "learn through play" atmosphere that he espoused when he enlightened children at the PK-1 level. As a Project Coordinator / Multimedia Specialist, Kevin toils to create innovative solutions that are appropriate for audiences served by various on-campus and off-campus projects. Trying to practice what he preaches, Kevin uses the Instructional Design model that he advocates as a lecturer in the Instructional Technology (ITEC) Department at SFSU.
